Mark was, and is, the consummate realtor. There was never a single phone call, visit, or interaction where I didn't feel like his most important and only client. Mark went above and beyond constantly and exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. His overall knowledge of the industry, decision making, work ethic, and interaction with his clients and anyone else involved in the home buying process is truly second to none.

We had dealt with Mark and Tina when buying out house. They were so great to work with that we used them again when we sold our house. If my wife and I ever move back to Omaha or have the opportunity to recommend a broker in Omaha to our friends it will be Mark and Tina. Mark was supurb in all aspects of the transaction. Even helping to resolve an issue with the bank the day of closing. My wife and I got the price we wanted for the house and we are so greatful to have been treated so well by Mark. Mark is all of these things an more. He worked with us as first time homebuyers to help us make a good decision on our first home. He also helped us as first time home sellers. One thing I always admired about Mark is that I knew he always had my best interests at heart when he would offer me advice. I appreciated his honesty and openness and his willingness to ensure our best interests we at the forefront of any negotiation. Everyone I have encountered from Century 21 Century has been awesome. The office staff and Tina Hart have been amazing to work with. I am very happy with my experience. Mark has been a wonderful agent, but he is also a wonderful human being. Mark Hart is by far the single greatest source of real estate information in the Omaha/Metro area and surrounding communities. He has been operating in the area for decades. That is why I have come back two additional times to utilize their services again. Mark Hart is a fantastic agent. Having dealt with other agents in the past he is by far the best. Mark took everything we were looking for into consideration and always let us know when a new listing was available. He communicated with us regularly and was very polite and professional. He and Tina would also help with our toddler while viewing homes so that we could really look at the house without the distraction. Which for me meant a lot. They are a great team and they will go above and beyond for their clients. We will definitely go to Century 21 and Mark for any of our future real estate needs. Thanks again.
