Buyer reviewI passed my financials from my loan officer to Mark as an FYI. He spotted errors and felt he could get me a better rate. He saved me thousands of dollars over the course of my loan. He is professional, and has a great sense of detail. He made sure he had all the details of my situation, and I asked for and got an honest opinion on every property as they applied to "me" and what I was looking for. The service was VERY personalized. All i's dotted and all t's crossed. He sent me reminder texts and emails with all important details. I had a LOT of questions. He was timely, available, patient, and never assumed that I knew something about the process. I would give Mark a recommendation any time, and will mention the great experience I had to anyone I hear that's buying or selling a house.
