Welcome to Century 21 Turner Brokers!!! I value servant leadership grounded in trust, honesty, care and compassion in all I do. I care about the 4 L's of Life: to live, to love, to learn and to leave a lasting legacy of good works for others. I was born and raised in our area and attended Jamestown, Falconer and Maple Grove Public Schools. I received my BS in Mathematics from St. Bonaventure University and my MA in Mathematics from Miami of Ohio. I am a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in New York. I taught high school math for 33 years and also worked as an Application Engineer for Sundstrand Fluid Handling for 2 years. When I retired from teaching, I committed myself to be a full time real estate agent as well as to volunteering in our community. My degrees in mathematics, business and education have provided me with the tools to help sellers and buyers achieve their goals.

I specialize in residential and vacation properties as well as land and commercial properties. I have lived all around the Chautauqua Lake region and have gained a unique and comprehensive view and perspective regarding real estate in our area.

Seller reviewI would highly recommend Mark Sleggs to others that are looking to purchase or sell their home. Mark was always available to answer any questions that I may of had, if he didn't know the answer at the time he would find out the answer and get back to me in a timely matter. It was a difficult time for my daughter and I to move with the Corona virus in full swing. My daughter and I are both essential workers and we're both working extra hours during this time. Mark even offered to help us move!!! Thanks again for everything Mark.

Seller reviewMark Sleggs was known to me before he started at Century 21. I had considered other brokers, but hadn't found anyone I was comfortable with until Mark. I knew he would be honest, work in my best interest, and be mindful of my feelings. Because the property was listed just before the holiday season, Mark let me know there might not be much interest in it until after the New Year, which was what happened. I just left everything in his hands. I did check out the online advertising and thought it was well done. Because it was rental property, one of my concerns was the interruptions to my tenants' lives. Mark did a very good job dealing with that situation. I feel Mark did a very good job for me and knowing him as I do I feel he would do the same for every client.
