We initially set out to find a decently priced fixer-upper in a specific neighborhood, but after learning we were pregnant, we decided to expand our search and look only at ready to move in properties. Mark took the switch in our needs well and was able to find us great home meeting our needs for space, location, and budget. He was able to get us into showings for new properties quickly and helped to put in offers as soon as we were ready. He continued working with us after having our offer accepted to get work done on the house prior to us moving in.
