Mark has been a longtime friend of our family for many years. This is the 4th house Mark has helped us buy/sell and we will soon be listing our 5th with him! When we asked to go see this house, he got back with us immediately and already had an appointment available within hours. Since the house was empty, he was able to schedule a late appointment and we promised him we wouldn't be long so he could get back to his family. Before we knew it, we had fallen in love with the house and we were there for over 2 hours but Mark didn't complain or make us feel rushed. There were several times that we wanted to get into the house to do measurements or check on certain things to prepare for moving and he was always willing to schedule a time to meet with us to let us in.
