Seller reviewSelling your home can be super stressful and even more so with a world wide health pandemic coming on! Thanks to Mark Wallace and Century 21, they made it easy on us! It took us a little while to get our home ready for Mark to put on the market but once we finished our part, the listing process started and thankfully it went REALLY fast! We met Mark and signed our contract on a Thursday night, he had it listed online the next day! Within an hour or so he had 4 showings lined up on the night we listed and a few showings Saturday. Within 24 hours our house had 6 showings, 2 offers and went pending above our asking price! Thank you so much for everything you did Mark!
