Well... we are 3 for 3 with Mark Wallace! We have now sold 2 houses and bought our (hopefully) forever home with Mark! This sale was the the quickest and easiest we have ever been a part of, maybe even for him! Our house listed on a Friday afternoon, the first person to look at it (within a half hour or so of listing), had an offer for us within a couple of hours! Mr. Wallace was phenomenal to work with and he was the ONLY calming thing about our entire house buying experience! Top notch! Right before closing on a previous house Mark himself got under the crawl space to check work that was supposed to have been completed prior to closing. Which was amazing because said owners did NOT complete the repairs and we backed out of said house and Mark saved us a ton of money. He went above and beyond for us. Mark was stellar in everything he did for us and made a horrible buying experience much much better in the house we eventually purchased.
