Buyer reviewFirst time home buyer, and I had little to no knowledge of the process. Marlena was recommended by multiple co-workers. She was 100% responsive throughout the whole process, and patient with my lack of knowledge and changing opinions. My schedule was difficult throughout, especially during closing, and Marlena picked up all the extra slack and accomplished all necessary tasks. Ultimately, she always listened to what I wanted, shared her expert opinion, then pursued what my goals were. Marlena made it feel like I was her only client, and her job/attention revolved around me finding my home.
