Seller reviewWe told Marlene that we were more interested in selling the apartment quick than holding out for more money. We had paid the fee and electric on the apartment for over 3 years. Mom thought she would be able to move back in when she got better, and that kept her hopes up . Marlene sold the apartment in two weeks; ;Faster than we imagine.....She is a very kind and loving person.. I give her an A+ 100% satisfied with her. I I think I called her once to ask if the lady who said she wanted to buy it still wanted it. When I called Marlene was in the middle of eating her dinner with friends somewhere, but still Marlene made me feel that it was ok and she didn't mind answering my questions. She was just great.
