We never felt as if we were a bother or couldn't voice our concerns or call her. She happily worked her tail off for us between getting the amazing deal we got on our purchase while at the same time handling the selling of our home and all the hard work that went into that! She was made for this career with her personality and work ethic The whole team along the way has been so helpful and efficient in every step of the way!!! Despite the stress of buying a home-and buying a home before the sale of a current home. Marlene has somehow managed to make it a good experience. I could not have done it without her! She got us the perfect home at the perfect price and she got our current home sold at a great price and she handled all the odds and ends that came up. She managed everything along the way-she kept us in the loop with everything-she attended everything she could and she has went back and forth with so many people in making sure that the process went as smooth as it could and our home sold as fast as it could. Marlene listened to exactly what i wanted in. A home abd looked for every option available for months. She was always available to go look at houses and when i found the house helped me negotiate a great deal. She helped me thru the entire process over abd avove what i would expect. She even showed up w a welcome basket at my house the day after I closed!!!
