Seller reviewMarsha Harris helped my wife and me buy our house 27 years ago and we were very pleased then. Marsha kept in touch so I knew she was still in the business and decided to consider her for selling the house. I interviewed 2 other agents and Marsha presented a more thoughtful and complete proposal, so I selected her. I pretty much let Marsha call the shots when it came to marketing. In fact, I had moved out of the area so she handled everything. She did an excellent job and I am very happy with the outcome. The house sold quickly and I got more than I expected. It was a great experience because of Marsha's work and I would gladly recommend her.

Buyer reviewMarsha is great! She made me & my family feel comfortable and welcome as soon as we walked into the open house where we met her & my daughter loved her right away. She gave us a ton of info about Petaluma which we were considering & followed up with listings and more info while we were waiting for our pre-approval. Marsha is extremely knowledgable about the market and area. Marsha was a great agent for us. I do not drive & Marsha had no problem driving me and my very willful 2 year old around to see properties all over Sonoma county. She also helped keep my daughter occupied so I could actually see the homes. Marsha was accessible at all hours (does she sleep?) and had great advice and follow through during the whole escrow process. Marsha has also followed up with us in the months following our home purchase to make sure we are settling without problems & she has helped with the issues that have come up. I would gladly recommend Marsha to others.

Seller reviewMarsha Harris is a very thorough agent. From the initial meeting where she presented a binder with an easy to understand step by step outline of how we could sell our house. Once we selected Martha she immediately set up an open house date and produced a marketing pamphlet. She held several open houses and it wasn't long before we had several prospective buyers. You would never go wrong selecting Martha as your agent. Professional, knowledgeable, informative, effective, and productive. That's what you get with Marsha as your representative.

Seller reviewThis sale was a difficult one, we had a lot of delays, and setbacks. Marsha was a very calming professional. The other Agent on the buying half was somewhat high strung and tended to make me nervous with each obstacle that threatened the deal. Marsha was the opposite: very reassuring. And in the end she was right, we eventually got through it. I did not have an easy or enjoyable overall sales experience, but it was made bearable and I credit that to Marsha. Frankly, this sale was a lot more stressful than previous real estate experiences in my life but that is in no way a criticism of Marsha, on the contrary she worked hard for me.
