It is very obvious Marsha knows what she is doing and is great at it! You can see her eagerness to still learn new things even though she has been doing this for a long time. It is clear that she is highly respected among the people we had to deal with (inspectors, brokers etc). She went above and beyond for us during this stressful time and she made it effortless and as smooth as possible!! We will always recommend Marsha Hick to anyone we know!
