Seller reviewMy brother and I did not know anyone who resided in the area of our rural acreage once we became the personal representatibves for my parents' estate so we drove down to Harrah and I went door-to-door to see if neighbors knew realtors/real estate companies who were familiar with the area. We finally ran across a father and daughter who said Marsha Nation sold them their land 20 years ago and did an outstanding job. The father could not say enough nice things about Marsha and how competent and knowledgeable she was and what a great job she had done for them. He did not know if she was still in the business. We then queried her name, contacted her and met with her to list the property. Also, while going through my parents' estate, I located a document which had Marsha's business card attached. Unbeknowst to us, Marsha had sold one of my dad's properties 20 years ago; my dad only used the best so I knew we had chosen the right realtor!!!

Seller reviewMarsha Nation has now sold 10 of our houses so we new when it came time to sell our family home she was the person to call. She's a very hard working lady that sits out to get a job done and makes sure you are a top priority. She will never leave you hanging on information even if she hasn't received anything her self. I find that very important to not be left hanging and sitting wondering all day. Marsha said we are going to get this sold and she ment it. I would trust Marsha Nation to sell any home/property I have. If you want something done right the first time you call Marsha Nation. Thank you Marsha Nation for everything you have done for my little family.
