My name is Marsha Smith, I have been working as a WI licensed Realtor since April 2021, born and raised in rural central WI on a dairy farm. I am a single mom to 4 children, ages 18-12, and am blessed to be back living in my hometown. When I am not out hustling for my clients, I find myself spending most of my time being active outdoors; hiking, biking, boating, 4-wheeling, bonfires, running, exploring WI and other travel, home improvement projects, and spending time at home with my crazy energetic labradoodle, Milo. I like to consider myself one part country and one part classy! It has been an exciting and rather easy transition from my first successful business as a Health and Wellness Coach, to partnering with CENTURY 21 Gold Key Realty, Inc. as a way to diversify myself and my skill set, while finding yet another way for me to serve our community! The best part of what I do is seeing others have success in reaching their goals, whether that be in personal, fitness, business, or home ownership.
