Buyer reviewMartha was referred by a friend from church. As soon as we contacted her, she was available and provided quick responses to all (and there were many) questions and doubts. So, we felt she was the right person to continue the process with. Martha guided us throughout the whole process, but was patient to break it into small steps so we can understand what was coming after each one. For first time buyers, that's very important. The fact that she is bilingual is a HUGE help and a plus for the Spanish speaking buyers. We can't stress enough how knowledgeable, professional and patient Martha was with dealing with everything. We felt supported the whole time and that takes a lot of the stress away during the process. Martha communicated and negotiated with the sellers always in a polite and professional way. The whole process went as smooth as it get get considering it'a a big deal, and we have Martha to thank for that.

She is very friendly and help her clients with any things that might help sale the property faster and get the most money out of the sale. I would, and have recommended her to other people . Thank you Martha for everything you have done for the Cruz family. God bless you. Just that she is a great person to work with. They care about customers. It doesn't matter if you are just buying or have bought a house using their agency. Great!!

Every time we wanted to see a house she always found the time to show it to us no matter the day. She was very diligent and proactive and always had our best interest in mind, even if it meant trying to persuade and negotiate with owners for days. She always had an answer to all of our questions and was very quick at responding texts and calls. Most of all she was very patient and always had a smile on her face no matter how tired she might be. I highly recommend her!!
