Because we were living in the San Diego area, we could not always see a newly listed property in person, and Martha was very helpful in getting videos and GC estimates to us. She was patient with us when we were indecisive about what type of property we wanted, which changed in the two years that we worked with her. Martha always returned our calls quickly and was helpful in providing references for reputable tradespeople. We would definitely work with Martha again and can recommend her highly for someone who may need that extra attention that she can provide.
