Buyer reviewMartha Mcduffie is just the best! It's been a pleasure working with her for the last 4 years. We've bought four houses, of which we sold one. Martha handled all transactions. Additionally, two of those houses are rental properties, and we always look to Martha for help. She is knowledgeable, understands her clients' requirements, very calm and patient, and highly responsive - she is just a call away. There may be other realtors out there who are good too, but they are not as responsive and available as Martha. I would choose Martha in a heartbeat over any other realtor.

She makes sure you are saisfied, and takes into account your wants and needs of buying and selling a home. She represented is in purchasing a home and subsequently selling that home 8 years later.
