Martha was excellent in helping us find and purchase our new home. She set up many viewings for us on a couple weekends and was very honest about her opinions for each home we looked at. The ironic thing was that the house we purchased was not on our agenda the day we looked at it. We noticed there were other homes for sale nearby the first one we looked at that day. Martha quickly looked them up, seeing two needed more notice time, but one was having an open house right them. So we went off schedule and looked at it. After viewing the other homes that we had originally planned, we decided to put an offer on the open house. Martha put in the offer, counter offer, and helped with the inspection addendum. Thank you so much Martha! We are excited to be moving in next week.
