Buyer reviewMartie Abercrombie has been our agent many times throughout the years. She has listed & sold several homes for us. Martie has also been our agent when we purchase. She has always be patient with us as we look at many houses before making a decision. Martie is knowledgeable when looking at homes as to what would pass inspection and would need to be repaired. We always know that we are in good hands and feel confident when working with Martie.

The first selection I had she immediately ruled out by listing information I wouldn't have found online which wouldn't have gotten mortgage approval. She was always flexible with my schedule as I lived out of town and had to commute. Being a local, Martie was able to guide me to houses that would hold and appreciate in value. She brought up a house that had a motivated seller and was able to negotiate many things to be able to pull through a purchase. Without Martie, I don't think I'd be a home owner today and I will always remember the advice and help she has given me. I'll definitely go through with her again in the future if I ever need to buy another home but I think the house she helped me buy was perfect for me.
