I am able to say I have successfully assisted over 50 families either find their dream home or assisted them in selling their home effortlessly. Buyer reviewMartin played a key role given that we were purchasing the property from 1500 miles away. We trusted him to represent us. He helped us understand the process of buying in Florida which is different than Canada. He went beyond the strict job description of a real estate agent.

Seller reviewI met Martin at the pool at Hidden Lakes. He was a neighbor. His eagerness to learn about me, my family and my life experiences made Martin the sales agent for me. Martin was engaged and truly interested in our situation and what brought us to the Bradenton area. Martin did a great job selling our property. Martin met with us, listen, and made important marketing suggestions that helped the sale of our condo. He has a knack for evaluating situations that call for raising the level of concern, as we'll as when to lower the temperature during discussions, as the closing runs it course towards completion. In conclusion, knowing a great realtor to help you through the process of selling your home is very important. But building a relationship that will last forever, is priceless.
