She is knowledgeable, accessible, communicative and one heck of a great negotiator! Her attention to detail is outstanding. Seller reviewMaruquel makes sales happen... That simple! I have had the shear luck of finding this talented professional that takes control and sets you at ease. I have had the pleasure of calling on her for my previous two real estate transactions with this past transaction being the third. I'm in New York and from 1000 miles away I felt she was right there next to me, taking charge! Maruquel drives the sale, doesn't matter which side your on (buyer or seller)... she's in the field, she's calling all of her contacts, she has great ideas for staging and prep, she has contractor's to make it happen. I found that she deeply invests herself (time and money) to reach her goal. She doesn't stop. Even when the sale of my last property appeared to slow a bit, I could see her plotting a different course to make it happen. The woman has talent...! Call her... she's garanteed results...!
