Seller reviewI was tasked with selling my fathers house. My dad and i were buying supplies at the local Home Depot. A friend of Mary Ann's that worked at the Pro desk told us about her. My wife and i visited county offices to see what we could find out about the house. Several times it came up that we were selling the house. We were asked if we already had an agent. We told them we had Mary Ann Dubell. We had not signed a contract at that time. We found out she had a very good reputation with them which turned out to be very important when it came to dealing with environment health. Mary Ann stuck with us through about seven months of getting the house ready for sale. She also was very helpful in providing advice on paint color and many other trends in what would make the house more interesting to buyers. She staged the house simply and beautifully and the sales browser was incredible. Mary Ann was especially helpful when it came to the fact my dad was relocated to assisted living in Fair Hope Alabama and I was traveling back and forth from my home in California. Thanks Mary Ann, we were blessed to find you as our agent.

Buyer reviewWhen I first met with Mary Ann I was not yet ready to sell. She kept in touch with me via email in the ensuing months to let me know when houses went up for sale in my area and this follow up was very important to me. May Ann has a good demeanor such that she is not a high pressure sales person which is a good match for me. She was not only my sales agent for the purchase of my new home but she was also my sales agent for the selling of my existing home. It was a pretty stressful time for me so her calm manner was appreciated. Her attention to detail was always spot on and she made a point to stay in close contact with me throughout the process which reassured me that she was looking out for me.
