I have used her twice and she gets the job done and very on top of all the details from pricing, pictures to paperwork. She makes the process so smooth and is so knowledgeable in every aspect when it comes to a property. It was such a pleasure working with her, if you want to sell or buy your home she is definitely the best option out there!

She took good note early of reading us about what we wanted and didn't, and in great fashion, preceded to show us many viable options tailored to what we wanted. She had no hesitation to act based on any new comment or thought that we had, even if it was a bit contrary to what you thought for us. When it came to paperwork and all communications to all parties, she handled everything in a quick an efficient manner, providing us with a pleasant and pain free buying experience, even with a hard to reach, non-local mortgage lender. She laid out all paperwork to be signed in a manner I found excellent, clearly defining things without taking up too much time. I would recommend her business to anyone in the area!

Buyer reviewHad been looking for a realtor to help with a long distance move. Not easy buying a home from out of state. Other realtors that we contacted were polite on the phone and then nothing. Never got any leads or attempts to assist with the search. I found Mary Ann by chance through my son who was doing work for a client of hers and decided to give her a try. From the first call she was professional and friendly. She was always willing to look at a property when I asked her to and get any information I requested. Mary Ann went above and beyond what I expected and I would recommend her to anyone who needed a realtor. She is simply a fantastic realtor and although we have never met in person, with all of the phone calls we have had during the process, I know that she is a person who cares and will go the extra mile for her client.
