Without all his efforts, energy and expertise, this process would not have happened. She is a true asset working for Judge Fite Company and I'm so appreciative for all of her support! She should be commended for a job well done! She constantly followed up with me on a daily basis and enlightened me about every step that needed to take place. Buying a new home is a scary thought. My husband and I were prepared to move out of our 700 sq ft apartment and move to a home where we knew we could start a family. Mary was referred to us by our original realtor since she had to step down due to a family emergency. This made our process that much scarier, not knowing who Mary Delagarza was or how she worked. Our original realtor had been highly recommended from my sister, as she helped her find their beautiful home years ago. We were confident and comfortable knowing her, but moving to a new realtor was a bit scary. However, since the first email I shared with Mary her professionalism was evident. She met with my husband and I after work. Our work schedules were very difficult to work with, yet Mary always made sure we accommodated and communicated regarding scheduling to make sure we did not miss anything. Mary was always just a phone call away, which was the best part of the process. I had millions of questions and she had double the answers. She guided me through every single step and always made sure I clearly understood every single situation. When we looked at homes Mary proofed to be very knowledgeable of what we needed to look for as signs of things like foundation issues or any other major components that would disqualify a home from our list. She always knew who to call and had the best referrals that helped tremendously. The first part of the process went smooth. However, the week before closing the seller gave us two weeks worth of struggles and stress. I cried from frustration and was ready to back up and loose money. Mary felt every drop of stress I felt and made the best out of a horrible situation while still having a second client whom she had also encounter a bad closing experience because of the third party. Mary always made me feel I was her only client, since she offered that much attention, patience and time to my husband and I. Mary stood up for me as if I was the one standing up against the seller myself. She was the messenger between the seller and I that was giving the message just how I wanted it to be sent and even better. She always kept her foot down while still being EXTREMELY professional to everyone even when we were not receiving the same respect and professionalism we were giving. Finally, after a hectic battle we were able to close on the house today my husband and I call home. Being a couple that is 24 years old with no experience of being home owners at such an early age, I can honestly say I could not have had a better realtor that Mary Delagarza. We would not have our dream home if it had not been for Mary.
