Buyer reviewMany of the houses we were interested in from websites like Trulia had sections to "contact the agent" by email. Many of these did not respond at all. Mary Hayes was one of the few that responded and was very prompt with everything after that as well. Mary was more than willing to meet at times that were good for our schedule. She explained all of the process in detail to us every step of the way. As first time home buyers, we really appreciated that. No complaints about anything during the entire home buying process. Mary was a great help through every house we looked at and easily accessible with quick responses whenever we had any questions.
