Buyer reviewI first spoke to Mary a little over a year ago when I was in the process of purchasing my first condo in Hilton head. She was listed on the MLS as the listing agent. I knew the very first time that I spoke to her that she would be easy to work with as she was very friendly and seemed to be truly interested in my needs. She spent a lot of time educating me on how buying a condo for the purpose of short term rental as well as how to Secure financing and close the deal using a mail away closing as I live out of state. When I decided to purchase a second condo this year, my first phone call was to Mary! Once again, Mary assisted me with the negotiation process and help me navigate the financing/closing of the property. I would highly recommend Mary to anyone!
