Her knowledge of the area, along with the willingness to do what it takes to not only work with the seller, but be extremely fair with myself, the buyer, helped to close this deal. As far as I am concerned, she was wiling to work for the comission and am thrilled that she received both sides. I am following her listings and look forward to working with her again. She is a gem!

Buyer reviewIt was a breeze to work with Mary. I was under the impression that I needed to work directly with the seller, the bank and the appraiser, but she handled all that for me. She was working for my behind the scene and just called me to update me on the progress. It was a much easier process than I expected!

Seller reviewKeep dressing up like you do. People notice that.. In California the agents dress to impress . Looking professional plays a important part. The Boss lady is great dresser Mrs Tammie. She was styling when all the agents came by to look at the house. On the other hand some of the agents who showed the house looked like they were getting ready to work in yard. I ain't calling no names but whoever reading know who I talking about
