Buyer reviewLizzie's local knowledge of the area was important. As a single woman and not knowing the area, she was helpful in letting me know which areas of town would not work for me. She found me the perfect house and neighborhood. Additionally, she was there to answer any questions I had. It was also important to me to know the age of the roof and HVAC, both big ticket items. I'd send her potential listings I found online and she'd do the research on them. This helped us narrow down the listing. She also showed me properties outside the original area which helped me make the choice I made. I would recommend Lizzie to anyone wanting to buy or sell.
