There is no way I can express how great of a job Gretchen did in helping us find our home. I admit to being a challenging client to deal with and Gretchen did an outstanding job working with us during the process of finding the right home that both fit our needs and was within our tight budget. She was patient with us and understanding, but was honest and direct when she needed to be in order to guide us through the process. Then when we did find the right house, she was instrumental in helping us through the inspection process, negotiations with the sellers, and final closings. Our home had some very unusual issues that came up during the inspections and Gretchen was wonderful at helping us get through all of them. Gretchen Koch knows what she's doing. She will advocate for you every step of the way. We had a few issues arising from inspection and she was right there helping us through everything. She was always available either in person or by phone. She brought results and brought them quickly. This sale happened very rapidly and she was always there keeping us calm and grounded.

I contacted a friend who was a realtor with an unusual question about the purchase of another property. She said Gretchen had more information about it and put me in touch with her. Gretchen offered to help with that purchase for a very nominal fee. (A lawyer might have charged me more!) Although I had planned to sell Sheffield myself, she then offered another nominal fee to list it. I agreed and she was worth every penny. We encountered a few bumps along the way and I was so grateful to have her on my side.
