I have been an agent since 2014. I am passionate in helping buyers and sellers get to where they want to be when it comes to owning property. Whether you are a first time home buyer, needing to upsize, wanting to down size, or an investor in both homes and commercial properties, I can help. I have lived in the area for over 40+ years, I know and watch the market closely. I work the outlying area of Bismarck and Mandan and have been raised on small town values. I belong to several community groups, deliver meals on wheels for the senior center and am involved with the Realtor board and other Realtor events that we do to help our community and raise awareness especially for our kids in the community. Buyer reviewMary Ohlhauser, was the most amazing realtor I have ever dealt with. She listened to what I needed and wanted in a new house. After 5 months of searching for the perfect house we found one. Within 20 seconds of walking into the house, we were ready to put in our offer. I had lost a previous house, due to an offer I could not beat. I wasn't going to loose this one. Within 24 hours of the house being on the market we had put in our offer. I am currently moving into MY new home. I will always recommend Mary to all of my family & friends.
