Mary Olsen actually listened to our wants and needs when house searching and constantly updated us with recent listings. Almost always, the listings she emailed were exactly what we had in mind. She's patient, very experienced and didn't waste our time or hers during this entire process. We've dealt with many agents during our years of renting and purchasing out of state, and absolutely no one comes close to Mary! There were times where we wanted to raise our offer on a house simply because we loved the backyard or the size of the bedrooms, but Mary would advise we remain patient and continue searching because the neighborhood or the conditions of the property weren't worth the increase. There is nothing more rewarding than finding an agent who has you in their best interest. And of course she was right! We also really loved the fact that she lived locally and knew the area very well. Mary attended the inspection and the appraisal on our behalf because of the long commute, simply amazing. As long as Mary remains in this industry, she will continue working as my real estate agent on any future purchases/sales.

Mary's knowledge & expertise go far beyond her bubbling personality. She made sure to get to know me & my needs, likes & wants. Mary was phenomenal and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. This was a rather complicated transaction and we would never have made it over the finish line without Mary's knowledge and expertise. Mary coordinated the sale of our old home, the purchase of our new home and helped us close our loan which was complicated due to the fact there was a missing CO on the new home. We were originally undecided as to sell or rent our old home. Mary proactively ran comps and provided us with the information needed to decide we definitely wanted to sell. She sold our home during the first open house and we had a number of solid offers to choose from. On the flip side, our purchase was complicated as our bank needed excessive documentation to close with a missing CO. Mary was very responsive, had great communication and worked with the other agent to get all of the documentation required. Mary was fair throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure all parties involved were happy. She also had an extensive network of contacts from contractors, to an attorney to an appraiser, which helped keep things on track. We randomly found Mary meeting her at an open house she was hosting and honestly couldn't have found a better agent. We have bonded with her in the process and my family and I were lucky to have her on our side. We will absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.
