The first agent referred to me, did not listen to my needs in purchasing my first home and was not communicating with me to address my concerns. When Mary Santo was referred to me, it was a very different experience that was a complete turnaround. Mary was very good and prompt and she knew exactly what you wanted. Like my need for a washer and dryer connection on the top floor or the same floor as the bedrooms she was able to get that done
