Since I lived in Indianapolis, Maryann personally took care of getting the carpet stretched, repairs completed on the garage, the plumbing repaired and had her husband help Hopefully Yours load the refrigerator and sleeper sofa. She also came to the property to put the leaf bags at the curb that the grass cutter had left in the garage. This required her to come numerously times to the property to let people in the house. Maryann was a godsend for me!
