I don't know what would have happened without Marybeth. We live out of state and she was extremely helpful with all aspects of keeping the house on the market. We encountered a lot of difficulties on the way that actually cost us the initial sale. Marybeth was patient and helped us overcome these obstacles. She sold the house with out a sign at the end of my street. My house was secluded and she didn't want strangers to keep coming around the house. I have always been nervous especially being a single mother and being so secluded. That made me feel safe. Marybeth went above and beyond and did sell the property despite me feeling negative about it. It was Dec, Jan. The house needed work etc. I was sure it wouldn't sell. She had many showings... no sign at end of street. To my surprise someone put in an offer. She did more than I would ever expect a realtor to do for any client. She always reassured me and told me not to worry. And the result is proof that she worked hard, went above and beyond. The property just closed. I was a nervous wreck through the whole thing and it was her that kept me calm. She explained everything in detail as we went along. Even taking on a lot of things herself to make things happen when I wasn't available. She always had a plan. Putting in a lot of hours to work around my special circumstances and work schedule. She was available any time I called or texted. I couldn't be happier with Marybeth. She will be my realtor for life!! I will not ever use anyone else. If she could sell my house with all the different crazy things that kept coming up I would be crazy to use anyone else. You are lucky to have her. I will follow her where ever she is. I spoke to a realtor about my situation and he told me he couldn't help me. But, it wasn't any issue for Marybeth at all. She sold it!
