Seller reviewHaving sold other units on my street and living on my street, Mary-Lou was the obvious choice to sell my unit. From her vast experience in selling real estate, Mary-Lou knew the local market and what my unit was worth. The individual who bought my unit attended the first Open-House Mary-Lou had in January. But first she had to sell her existing house. With that accomplished, she bought my unit. First impressions of the property being sold and Mary-Lou's knowledge of the unit, to me, were deciding factors. Needless to say, a job well done by Mary-Lou.

Seller reviewMary-Lou's involvement in the sales was priceless. I live in Florida and was unable to handle many aspects of the process. Mary-Lou was incredibly helpful to me in so many ways, she truly went above and beyond the role of a realtor and helped me with numerous aspects of the sale. Although it took longer than we both had hoped, that was no fault of Mary-Lou. Without her help, I doubt we would have been able to have everything go so smoothly. Just a terrific person, and I feel very fortunate to have worked with her.

She helped me with getting the place ready to sell and her advise on making updates to the property and pricing were right on target. MaryLou went far above and beyond her "job description". She handled all of the tasks I was unable to do since I already moved out of state and communicated problems and progress regularly. I will recommend MaryLou without reservation to anyone looking to sell their home.
