Our time working with Matt spanned over 6 years, and many life events lead us to pushing back buying a home. Not once was Matt annoyed with that, he was patient with us and celebrated those life events with us as well. During the active searching and buying process he was right with us every step of the way and took extra time to explain anything we had questions or uncertainties about the houses we were seeing or the buying/negotiating process. He has excellent knowledge of what it takes to renovate a home as well as evaluating the current condition of key parts of a home. I highly recommend working with Matt to find your next home.
