Within each home, he pointed out various positive & negative details; I especially appreciated markers of potentially hidden damage. Great communication and attention-to-detail throughout. Seller reviewSelling my house with Matt Mitchener was an easy and satisfying experience. He was very clear and straightforward about the process. He priced it right and was prompt in getting the listing up. He gave us clear communication on showings. We ended up selling the house in four days for the full amount we wanted. A few things came up in inspection, but again, he was honest and worked hard to make sure both parties knew what the other expected. Matt is a solid, trustworthy agent who gets the job done. I have already recommended him to several friends and coworkers and will do so in the future.
