Seller reviewMatt Rittof went above and beyond as I was out of state for listing and sale process. He periodically checked-up on the place as it was vacant. The furnace was broken (Without my knowledge, but was found during inspection). He was able to be there with the repair man to get it fixed for the sale to go through. During a cold night, he went over there. He made sure that the furnace was still working and that it was warm enough. He did a wonderful job keeping me informed on the sale process, etc. My nerves were getting the best of me at one point, but he kept me on track. I would highly recommend him!
