We met Matthew at his client appreciate event in 2019 and he was our agent when we purchased our home in 2020. It was a no brainer that we would continue to work with him to sell our home when we needed to move again for work. Matthew kept in touch after our purchase and was always willing to answer questions or provide suggestions on various contractors for projects that we wanted to complete. Mathew is the type of real estate agent that understands the value of relationships as well as how best to navigate each phase of the transaction. He has an impressive ability to cut through the noise and focus the deal in order to maximize the outcome. Specifically he helped us remain calm under pressure, choose the appropriate projects to complete prior to the sale for the best return, not only did he help us generate over a dozen offers, but he was extremely proficient at identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each so that we could analyze our options with as much data as possible. From start to finish, working with Matthew to sell our home was an excellent experience. When we first engaged Matthew to talk about the possibility of listing our house, he was super attentive. The next day he was at our house literally on the roof helping prep for the sale. He listened to our desire to make some final improvements to the home to try to maximize our sale price and provided us with excellent advice on how best to allocate our resources. He also provided us with a list of contractors that were all best-in-class and helped us to accomplish a ton of work in a very short period of time. Matthew listened to our goals and then helped us exceed them. Through his analysis of the market and intuition as an agent he encouraged us to list at a higher price than what we believed we could get and then ultimately through his marketing we ended up accepting an offer even higher than what we listed. Matthew was diligent in his timing, procuring excellent photos, and dealing with the onslaught of agents once our home hit the market. From beginning to end Matthew helped guide us to make the absolute best decisions and we couldn't be any more fortunate to have found and worked with such a great agent.

The first time I met Matthew was via FaceTime, because I live in the Boston area and the house I was selling was in Boynton Beach. After a very short time, it was clear that we clicked. With every question I asked, regarding how to do this long distance, he eased my mind. His knowledge, coupled with his personality and caring made for a very positive experience all along the way. To say he went the extra mile would be an understatement. He made himself available for all the standard tasks a realtor provides and beyond.
