Matt provided great guidance when we first were considering moving without being pushy. His professionalism is outstanding in every part of the process, which really made selling and buying in this COVID influenced, quick-sell market invaluable. This was especially true for us given how hard it is to find a house when they are often sold after one day on the market. We were also extremely pleased with the help of his wife Danielle, which allowed us to see our new house on the first day it was back on the market, with Matt getting the proposed contract to the seller that same day.
