Seller reviewI had the pleasure of working with Matthew Golden during a very stressful time in my life. Matt not only helped in making this process as low-stress as possible, but instead made it fun and pleasant. From driving to countless places in all different directions, to giving us his honest opinions with our best interest in mind, Matt was a stand-up realtor throughout the whole experience. Matt helped us find the perfect house and was thoroughly involved in answering all of our questions/ providing his own advice when it came to new things with the house that we weren't used to and made selling my previous home a breeze. From pictures, to showings, Matt had all the answers and was ready to sell my house instantly, which had multiple offers in in just two days. Overall, Matthew Golden was the perfect realtor and there is no one we'd trust more to go through this process with. 10/10 would recommend over and over again.

Selling my own home and buying at the same time was extremely stressful and Matt never once made me feel he was bothered by any of my questions or concerns even when it wasn't (in most cases) his direct field of what he does. He pointed me in the direction I needed to go in and honestly if it wasn't for him, I would have kept my former home and gave up. I eould absolutely recommend him to family, friends, coworkers and neighbors for their realtor needs.
