I was worried I wasn't going to pick the right one or that I was going to be pressured into settling into something I wasn't in love with because my realtor would be annoyed I was taking up so much of their time..... but that was not the case with Matt. Matt Lepovich far exceeded my expectations of what a real estate agent should be. He clearly has a deep knowledge if the homes and neighborhoods in the area. When I first met Matt Lepovich, I was looking to sell one home and buy another. I interviewed three brokers representing different agencies, and Matt Lepovich seemed the most knowledgeable. He was very organized and his initial presentation was very intelligent and thorough. He was the obvious choice. It was winter and there was not much action on the market but Matt found a buyer and the house selling transaction went smoothly. Matt was timely with his updates and that was important to me. I like being kept in the loop. On the other side of the coin when I began my own house hunt, Matt was patient, professional, and willing to assist my search for a home to meet my many needs. He realized my time constraints and met them with diligence. He was soft sell, and cerebral, which is what I like in a sales person.
