Buyer reviewMatt went through this process not once, but twice, for our family. He's amazingly insightful when it comes to working with his clients' strengths and weaknesses. Most importantly, how to handle delicate situations, with finesse, while keeping a hammer in his back pocket, just in case (FIGURATIVELY!). We would always joke that there was a reason he would not let me talk to anyone, but the real joke was that it was the truth. Matt was able to take my passionate (see - salty/angry) words, and get the point across is a diplomatic and even friendly manner. My wife and I truly believe that his level-headed approach, and his ability to understand the emotional side of his clients is what made our very long process enjoyable in the end.
