We are out of state and not able to be in the area to view houses but Matt went above and beyond to help us in every way that he could. He was very quick to set up viewings for us and he did video phone calls to show us the houses. He was very thorough in every showing, pointing out every detail or problem area that he saw and making sure all of our questions were answered. Matt was exceptional in helping us through the entire home buying purchase and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

As a first time home buyer I was pretty clueless. Matt taught me so much about buying a house and being a home owner! Matt was just the best. From the first house we looked out to closing on my house, he answered all my questions and made sure I was informed and comfortable with everything. He knows so much about the real estate business, not just as a buyers agent either. He was more helpful then the first mortgage person I attempted to use. If it wasn't for him during the negotiations, we never would have come to an agreement! He talked to me on the phone for almost 45 mins on two separate occasions because of all the issues we had with the seller. Much appreciated.
