Seller reviewMatt contacted us and asked if we would be interested in listing the property. We gave him the go ahead to take a look at them and get back with us. He did and based upon talking with Matt we decided to go ahead and list. We were in Florida and we had decided that upon returning we would be contacting a realtor and listing them. This helped us start the process. I would say that Matt's aggressive internet search of the previous listing gave him the advantage of contacting us before we returned to Jackson. Although we had no face to face contact with Matt as stated....we were in Florida for the winter Matt made the listing process easy for us to maneuver through. The properties sold on the day that they were put on the "market" for the full asking price. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt Thibeault to anyone looking to sell a piece of real estate.
