Seller reviewIf you have a real estate transaction for property on Lake O the Pines in northeast Texas, you're not going to find any real estate agent with more local knowledge than Matt Whitfield. I guess the best testimonial I can give is the fact he sold my house for $500 less than asking price in the midst of the COVID outbreak. I was VERY pleased with the bottom line price he got for my house in spite of the restrictions associated with the virus. Another trait of his I admire is the fact he represented MY interests during this transaction, and when necessary, he was VERY firm with the Buyer's agent during negotiations. I highly recommend Matt!
