When it came to selling her house, Maureen came highly recommended from upper management so I did not hesitate as the house had to be sold fairly quickly. Maureen handled the situation with grace and professionalism from the start. She didn't dive directly into business and made sure to navigate my intense emotions with sensitivity and connected with me on a empathetic and compassionate level. We kept in constant communication when it came to listing the house, showings, juggling several offers, and then ultimately pulling the trigger on the final sale. She was transparent and helpful in explaining all of the offers we had on the table and why certain offers were better than others but that ultimately it was up to me, the seller, to decide. She sold the house in under a month for an excellent price, even above and beyond what was projected.
