Our home was a jointly-owned property (among 3 family members), so communication of the many details involved with the sale and clean-out of the house was sometimes tricky. Yet Maureen handled things very well and with patience. Her understanding of the local market was excellent. But the most significant help to us was her help (and her husband's help!) with the last bit of emptying our house and garage. Here Maureen was exceptional in helping to make things happen. She worked far "beyond the call of duty". I greatly appreciated her assistance. I consider her a good friend and hope to run into her again at some point..

Buyer reviewThe stress of locating the right property was made easier by Maureen. Maureen was very easy to work with and very accessible. She brought food for thought to the table when analyzing the various properties that we looked to purchase. She always followed up on our prospective properties even though she did not always think they were right for us. We had a lot of laughs through the whole year it took to finally make a purchase. It is not easy to find the perfect property and we had to settle for not getting everything we wanted but Maureen helped us to see that some of the features we did not get could be added later.
