Buyer reviewInterviewed another Broker before Maureen and within a half hour was a no brainer ! Maureen knew what we were looking for and price also but both were not easy to find combined in 55 + Communities but her never giving up benefited us. We moved into our new home February 1, 2023 and we love it. Like in the sale of our home Maureen had the same drive finding us a new home. Only Comments would be Maureen as didn't deal with any others till walk thru on our new home and Tony was very knowledgeable and personal. Maureen's dedication to her customers keeps them happy .

Seller reviewWe only interviewed one other agent and in the first half hour of speaking to Maureen it was a no brained in all areas! Maureen was always available to call, email or even txt. She always had the answers and if a question on her part she confirmed answer and got back to us in no time. I really think there were times I drove her crazy but she would never let me know , she just took care of what bothered me and calmed me down. We sold our house in 3 Days !! We can only comment on Maureen and that's where Century 21 Solid Gold Realty begins and ends with STARS House sold in 3 Days but Monday before Thanksgiving contract was withdrawn but Maureen called me to ask what time back up offer can come back on Friday after Thanksgiving. They came to see house again and within hours Maureen called back and she had our New Buyer.
