Maureen was very realistic on what the expectations would be and the approximate timeframe from list to close. Maureen's analysis of the market was on point, and I actually closed higher than asking price. I couldn't have done it without her. Maureen and her staff made the process of selling as easy as possible for me and my daughter after the untimely passing of my husband. It was an emotional time, but I knew I was in good hands.
